Policies and Legal Notices

By using our website, you signify your acceptance of policies below. Company reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this policy at any time. Visitors are encouraged to review this policies from time to time to stay abreast of any changes. Your continued use of our website following the posting of any changes to this policy means you accept those changes.

U.S. Order Verification Policy

In order to protect you from credit card fraud or identity theft, all orders will be verified before confirming reservation or purchase of the services. All orders may require a 24-48 hours period of time for normal verification purposes. If we can’t verify the correct information, there will be a considerable delay in the processing of your order. We will notify you by email if that should be the case. All orders placed with a credit card, must submit the billing address of the credit card (where you receive your monthly credit card statements).

International Order Verification Policy

In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud or identity theft, all orders will be verified. Please avoid delays in the processing of your order by submitting complete information. All International orders must provide the billing address of the credit card (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent).

Payment Policy

  • 25% of the charter rate is due within 120 days of the reservation.
  • Final payment is due (30) days prior to departure date.
  • Reservations made 60 days prior to departure date will require immediate payment of 25% of the charter rate made by credit card.

    • Payment Methods Policy

    The most convenient method of payment for foreign orders is by Bank, since the exchange rate is automatically calculated at the best available rate of exchange. You can also wire electronically to our bank account. In this case, a $30 service charge will apply. Your wire transfer should include this additional amount.

    Order Cancellation Policy

    You may cancel your order for any reason. However follow applicable refund policy listed below:

    • 120 days or more prior to departure, 100% money back (full refund)
    • 60-120 days prior to departure, 25% of the charter rate is forfeited.
    • 30 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the charter rate is forfeited and no refund is available.
